Congress has failed to pass a transportation bill.

This lack of funding for public transportation infrastructure not only impacts riders, but makes our roadways more congested, increases costs for goods and services, inhibits job and economic growth, moves us further away from energy independence, and adversely affects families, communities and our environment.
